      API Key - The process for receiving your details.

      Instructions for utilising the software to download your API Key.

      API Key Process:

      • When providing you with your API Key details, we will use the WeTransfer software as a secure method of delivery.
      • Either a member of the Development or Technical teams will provide you with the details of how to acquire the API Key.
      • The API Key itself will be added to a document which is then password protected as an extra measure of security.
      • The password for this document will be sent separately and directly to the intended recipients email address.
      • Please Note: The API Key is encrypted and will always be 128 characters in length.

      • Once delivered to the recipient, an email should arrive from: WeTransfer <noreply@wetransfer.com>

      • This will contain a download link, message and item list, and once the link is clicked should then direct you via instructions to follow, downloading the contents from WeTransfer.
