Is there an alternative way to get another user to approve a match/discount another user has actioned?

We are aware that this is due to the Luxembourg FC Regulator changes. We are currently in the discovery phase for a potential solution. 

At the moment the only way to get around this is for the handler to flag/discount the match and then the handler can send the interface ref of the customer to the admin/supervisor so that they can go to the 'Manage Customer' and us the interface reference to find the customer. From there they can review the flag/discount and can edit the comment for the match to reflect that he has approved e.g. Investigated and Flagged/Discounted by John Smith and Approved John Doe 11/09/2023. 

The admin/supervisor can update the comments of the match by clicking the link for the match in question.

Go to the comments tab for the match and then pressing the 'update status' button.
