      Can I add hyperlinks to email templates?

      Links can be added in the following places in addition to email templates within an Onboarding journey:

      • Welcome Message – First page of the portal
      • Terms & Conditions – Last page of the portal
      • Confirmation Message – Following Submit in the portal
      • Verification Message – First page of the portal just under the ‘Send Verification Code’ button
      • Property Group (Section) name
      • Property (Question) name
