Can we have 'view only' permissions for a user?

We do not currently have set 'view only permissions, however in order to replicate close to this, you can assign the user as a member (only) of all available groups.

You should also add the 'View' permissions to all available groups. This means that this member only user will be able to access any Onboarding (not assigned to themselves) via Manage Onboardings with read only access.

The user will still have the ability to add Prospects and Onboardings and will be able to edit Onboardings which are assigned to themselves. We would suggest that this is monitored internally and can be done via Manage Onboardings.
