Change email notification table Information.

System will send change notification email to a user and a supervisor of a group for a record which was previously flagged/discounted and set notify as 'Yes' 

This email  gives you the information on the entity and changes made in the Dow Jones dataset against a record.

Area : Yes, If Entity was previously Flagged or Discounted and set to notify as Yes
Deleted : Yes, If Entity is deleted from the Dow Jones record else No
Changed : Yes, If Entity has any change in Dow jones record else No
Class : Yes, If Class record has changed else No ( Where Class = PEP, RCA,WBL,SAN,AVM,OTH,UNK)
Name : Yes, If Name has changed else No
Date : Yes, If Date has changed No
Address : Yes, If address has changed else No
Country : Yes, If country of residence, birth or registration has changed else
