How do I top up my credits on RiskScreen (Core)?

There are two ways in which top ups can be done via RiskScreen (Core).

One way is through our store, in which Top-ups are done via YOUR ACCOUNT by choosing the correct bundle of 250, 500, or 1000 credits and payment is done by credit or debit card.  The credits are automatically allocated by this top-up method.

Alternatively, some of our customers are invoice customers, and will receive yearly invoices from our account management team for our RiskScreen services. In this case, it would be advisable to contact our account management team at accountmanagement@kyc360.com to request an credit top up in addition to what you are invoiced for yearly.

We do not use the renewals@kyc360.com email address.
