Do I get email notifications for new potential matches?

When a new potential match is generated, it will appear on the 'potential match' page in your Screening platform.

The system does not send notifications on new potential matches, it is up to your internal processes to decide how frequently your users should check the potential match page for new matches.

Once your potential matches have been actioned, you will receive data change emails to reflect any changes made to the record following the match.
