Dow Jones State-Owned Company Executives inclusion criteria (Screening)

Below is a run down of the criteria that a state-owned company has to meet for a Dow Jones record to be created for the executives.

For state-owned company executives to be included in the R&C database the company needs to meet all of the following conditions:

- Be at least 50% directly owned by the country’s central government
- Operate on national level
- Operate in a key industry
- Not be a subsidiary

By company executives, we mean members of a company’s board of directors, members of a company’s supervisory board and senior members of the management team.
