How can I change the search accuracy criteria?

When filling out the customer details that you wish to be screened, you will be presented with the following options:

Under the 'search accuracy' setting, you will see it is automatically set to 'standard'.

If you click on this line, it will present you with a drop down to adjust the search accuracy your client is screened against.

We typically, would advise to screen against the 'standard' criteria.

If you are unsure of the full legal name of the entity / individual, you should screen against the 'loose' criteria.
