How can I evidence a customer's screening?

In order to evidence that a customer has been screened, you can download a customer report which will detail all of the overnight batch screening they have been entered in to.


You can do this by selecting 'Customer Management' within the Customer Screening dropdown:



You can then either locate the customer with the ID provided, or with their first / last name:

Once you have entered the profile of this individual, you can click 'download customer report'

By scrolling down to the bottom of this report, you will see the details of all of the screenings that have taken place for the individual, this should act as the evidence that you require.
