How can I reassign potential matches in the Screening stage?

Unfortunately, at this current moment in time there is no option to reassign matches. A potential match will automatically be assigned to whichever user clicks into it. A quick fix to this, is to promote any users that require visibility of this match to a supervisor of the group it is assigned to, thus meaning they will be able to see all matches within that group.

Alternatively, you can delete the matches generated for the prospect and rescreen them. This will create new potential matches which the user can then go in and take ownership of.


In order to delete the matches generated:

At the top of the prospect screening information, you will find the 'Reference' such as below:

 

 

Please copy this reference and go back to your batch.riskscreen.com landing page. You will then go to 'Manage Customers' under 'Customer Data'. Once on this page, please select 'Reference' from the 'Search On' dropdown.

You will then paste the reference into the 'Search Name/Term' field and click search.

This will bring back the Screening record created, and you will be able to see a 'Delete Match Potentials' option. This will delete all the outstanding match potentials.

From here, you can either leave the screening to be conducted overnight (as long as the record is set to 'Active' status), or you can go into 'Edit' on the same page and scroll to the bottom to find the 'Update and Screen' option. This will conduct an immediate screening and regenerate the match potentials as unassigned records.
