How do I receive email alerts for when a client changes stage in the OnBoarding process?

In order to receive emails for when a prospect enters different stages of their OnBoard, you must configure the alerts at a 'OnBoarding Type' level.

When clicking into 'edit stage' you will see the below options:

Once the relevant options are selected, the email alerts will be sent out to the specified roles. The emails come from noreply@riskscreen.com.

Please ensure that noreply@riskscreen.com and noreply@kyc360.com is on your allowed list in your email settings.
