How do I resend a data request after an onboarding has been rejected?

When rejected, the system will automatically set the prospect to inactive, and hiding the options to send the data collection requests back to the customer.


In order to reverse this, you can go into the onboarding, click into the rejected onboarding and click 'edit', then change the status of the client to active.

This will allow you to resend the data collection to the individual / entity.
