How is screening licenced/how do contracted volumes work?

Screening is licensed squarely based on capacity; screening frequency does not impact pricing.

For example, if an individual or entity is active ('1') and screened at least once during the contract year OR if the same individual/entity is screened x365 times during the contract year, it would still count as one of your contracted capacities.

Your current license includes a set capacity of individuals/entities during the contract year, which will be outlined in your licence year. It is recommended that any clients that no longer need to be monitored are switched to inactive ('0'), hence when you roll over to a new contract year, they will not count towards the contracted volume for that new contract period. An audit trail is of course stored for both active and inactive records.
