To answer the question directly, the data being screened against is updated daily.
The Screening (Hosted Batch) system utilizes the Dow Jones databases for screening - which you can find the below screenshot from the Dow Jones website, which confirms their process to be updating the list databases up to 6 times per day (then KYC360 then pulls all the updates per day for the overnight screening - meaning you will be screened against the most up to date lists/data etc):

The specific screening (Hosted Batch) process means that your active records will be screened overnight, every night. As mentioned above, the Dow Jones data is updated multiple times a day – KYC360 screening (Hosted Batch) will then pull all of these updates/changes from that day and uses this for the next overnight screening. Meaning you will always be screening against the most up to date data every screening operation.
Also as supporting documentation between Dow Jones and KYC360, please find the attached Dow Jones pack - this is the database that is used within KYC CLM Platform to pull back all the Sanctioned data, PEP, RCA, WBL etc.
Please also find a non-exhaustive list of data being screened against through this link KYC360 Watch List Coverage,
