How often is the data being screened against change?
To answer the question directly, the data being screened against is updated daily.
If a client is set to ACTIVE it will take part in one of our overnight batch runs, in which our system connects to the Dow Jones database to pull through any new profiles, and/or changes to existing ones.

The specific screening (Hosted Batch) process means that your active records will be screened overnight, every night. As mentioned above, the Dow Jones data is updated multiple times a day – KYC360 screening (Hosted Batch) will then pull all of these updates/changes from that day and uses this for the next overnight screening. Meaning you will always be screening against the most up to date data every screening operation.
