What do all the columns mean in the import file?

Column = Description

Client ID = Static Company code will be share by RiskScreen. It will same for all Entities.

Interface Ref = Unique Identifier set by you for your Entities.

Last name = Last Name of a Person or Full Company name

First name = First name if Person

Middle name = Last name if Person

Criteria = Name of Criteria set by RiskScreen suggested by you.

Gender = Gender Male or Female if person, Select not applicable for Customers

Date = Date of Birth or Date of Registration ( Format dd-mm-yyyy)

Country 1 = Country 1 related to a person or company, it could be person birthplace, Company registration place

Country 2 = Country 2 related to a person or company, it could be person birthplace, Company registration place

Country 3 = Country 3 related to a person or company, it could be person birthplace, Company registration place

User Group = User Group Defined in Risk Screen, example Location of organisation.

User = User defined in Risk Screen.

Risk  = Risk (Low, Medium, High) decided by your organisation. Here Risk is not something to do with screening or how criteria is setup, but          it is a type set by you to categorise your customer list

Status  = Active or disable

Custom Text 1 = Comment 1 ( You can add any comment for our internal information for an entity/person, This will not be considered in screening data)

Custom Text 2 = Comment 2 ( You can add any comment for our internal information for an entity/person, This will not be considered in screening data)
