      ONBOARD

        • Support Portal Links - we now have links straight to our support portal for external prospects available from the data collection form

        • Manage Onboardings - A new filter called "Source" has been added. This filter allows you to view only the onboardings initiated by a specific service, such as pKYC.

        • Improvements made to existing functionality to create a much better user experience when trying to resubmit an already approved ID Pal submission and/or Data Collection Form. Existing error codes will be replaced with new landing pages which give clear instructions on the action the user needs to take.
