How do I add users to the online training?
At KYC360, we have a learning management system, called 'KYC30 Academy', which provides online courses to assist in training new users for our platform.
Registration to this platform is provided either at implementation, or by a member of our team at a later date. If you or a user from your organisation would like to be registered to any of our training courses (full list HERE), please continue with raising a support ticket and provide the full name and email address, alongside desired training courses.
Can we have a training call with a member of your support team?
If you would like to contact our team to request a training call, please raise a support ticket in our portal (If you are using our chatbot for support, please select NO this was not helpful so a ticket can be generated with our team)
