I have registered for RiskScreen, why can't I log in?

The link to sign into RiskScreen from your registration email is a one-time use link - meaning you cannot use this link after registration to access the site. Instead, you should use the following RiskScreen URL:  Login » RiskScreen

Why am I not receiving a password reset email?

If you have requested a password reset email:

  • Please check your junk and spam folders.
  • Please ensure that noreply@riskscreen.com and noreply@kyc360.com are added to your contacts in your email settings.

If you are still not receiving a password reset email, it may be that your account has been suspended / deactivated (this may be if you are a returning user, or if you have repeatedly entered the wrong password) - in this case, you should reach out to one of your organisations internal admin users to ensure your account is activated.

Why has my account been suspended?

Account suspension can occur if:

  • An Admin has disabled your account
  • A user uses their initial invite link to access RiskScreen
