Why have I received a 'credits about to exhaust' email?

An email is sent to you to inform you that your credits are about to exhaust when you hit 30% of your original credit top up amount.
Therefore, if your most recent credit top up amount was 1000, you would receive a credit exhaustion warning email when you hit 300 search credits remaining.
 
If you believe this is incorrect, or you require a top up of credits before your renewal date / subscription, you can either:
1) email accountmanagement@kyc360.com for invoice customers.
2) purchase a top up in our store for store customers.
 

 

How do I top up my credits on RiskScreen?

There are two ways in which top ups can be made for RiskScreen.

RiskScreen Store

One way to purchase RiskScreen credits is through our RiskScreen Store which can be accessed by Admin user(s) of the RiskScreen platform. 

To access the RiskScreen platform, select Your Account on the top-right of the RiskScreen homepage, when logged in:

From Your Account select Top-Up on the bottom-left of the page, wherein you can choose a bundle of 250, 500, 1000 or 2500 search credits.

Payment will be taken from the credit, or debit card, already uploaded in your Payment Method

One time Top-ups are exclusive to users with an existing RiskScreen subscription through RiskScreen Store or Invoiced users. 

If you do not see Top Up as an option on your RiskScreen account, please raise a ticket through your KYC360 Support desk account

 

Invoice Customers

Alternatively, some of our customers are invoice customers, and will receive yearly invoices from our account management team for our RiskScreen services. In this case, it would be advisable to contact our account management team at accountmanagement@kyc360.com to request an credit top up in addition to what you are invoiced for yearly.

The renewals@kyc360.com email address is no longer monitored, please use accountmanagement@kyc360.com

Invoice customers can also purchase through the RiskScreen Store, but will need to ensure that they have added a payment method under Your Account > Manage Subscription

 

Why is my latest credit top up not showing in my account?

If you have recently purchased a credit top up, the new number of search credits will not be activated and reflected in your accounts balance until your previous credits have been used.
