Salesforce | How to locate your Scheduled Jobs.

This identifies where to find the information for both the latest run or when the next scheduled jobs are set to run.

Follow the steps below to find this on your application:

  • Click on the cog wheel icon on the top left of the screen.
  • This will then reveal a drop down.
  • Select the Setup option.

 

  • Now on the Home tab, in the Quick Find type in "Scheduled"
  • This will provide a listing as displayed below.
  • Click on "Scheduled Jobs"

 

  • This will now bring up the screen which will display all of the required information for your current Scheduled Jobs.
  • After identifying the specific jobs you are wanting to check, the columns called Started and Next Scheduled Run will show the information needed.
