Salesforce | How to locate your current software version.

This specifically identifies the Installation Package version which can help when support is performing an investigation.

Follow the steps below to find this on your application:

• Click on the cog wheel icon on the top left of the screen.
• This will then reveal a drop down.
• Select the Setup option.

• Now on the Home tab, in the Quick Find type in "Package"
• This will provide a listing as displayed below.
• Click on "Installed Packages"

• This will now bring up the screen which will display all of the required information for your current Installed Packages.
• For your Organisation the Publisher and Version columns will be the focus of how to confirm the information required.
