How do I perform a search for all customers I have access to on the system?
To search for all customers that you have access to on the system you can put % within the search term field.
This will show all the customers that you have access too that also meet the other criteria specified within the search options.
For example if you enter % in the search term and select status as inactive this will only show the customers you have access to that are inactive.

What does setting a client to inactive do?
An active status means the client is screened overnight, every night, continuously. Active (1) records with their Notify option set to "Yes" will also generate change notification emails to update you on any changes Dow Jones have made to the record

Inactive (0) removes the continuous screening but allows you to keep the audit history and previous investigations of the record. To clarify, Inactive records will not be screened against Dow Jones, or against Live AVM. If a client in your platform has the inactive status set, it means that your company have removed them from being regularly screened - if you think this is a mistake, you should contact your admin user directly.
Inactive records will need their Notify option set to "No" in order for change notification emails to be switched off
