Why has my Screening account been locked?
When incorrect credentials are entered a number of times while attempting to login to the system, you'll receive an initial lockout of the account for 30 minutes.
If incorrect credentials are then entered again, this will then increase the lockout to 60 minutes etc.
Please can you wait for the initial 30 minutes time period to elapse and reset the password, and try logging in again.
How do I log in as a single sign on user?
If your environment has had SSO configured in, users can access their account via the below steps.
A SSO user will not show as a 'registered user' in your user management page, please see the below example:
User A and B are registered users, meaning they can log in with their email and password through the below screen:
However, user C is not registered and instead is signed up as a SSO (Single Sign On) user. This user should log in via the below link:
Why am I not receiving a password reset email?
If you have requested a password reset email:
- Please check your junk and spam folders.
- Please ensure that noreply@riskscreen.com and noreply@kyc360.com is on your allowed list in your email settings.
