How do I unlock/reset/reactivate my users account?
Below are the steps to take in order to have a users account either unlocked, reset or to have the permissions adjusted if required.
When there is an issue for a user account, and this is needing to be unlocked, reset or adjusted, please carry out these steps.
- Contact the Administrator user who either created your user account, or that is responsible for managing the user accounts within your organisation.
- The KYC360 support team does not have direct access to your platform, and would need authorisation from your Admin user, before being able to request this internally with our technical team members to carry out this task (only if the former cannot be achieved).
