How can I view the changes to the customer/dow jones record?
Currently, the functionality of viewing exactly what has changed is up to your investigation processes.
Data Change Notifications
Data change notifications are sent to:
1. a user who previously worked on the record
2. a supervisor of the group that the record is assigned to.
From the data change notification, you can navigate directly to the record that has had a change. (The Client name will be hyperlinked)
The best method for viewing the changes since your last investigation/decision was made is via utilising the Snapshot difference report. This report should indicate what's changed from the last time the record was checked. You can find this by going into your flagged matches for example, and finding the below button:
The snapshot difference report will highlight any changes made from when the client was first input into the system to the current date. You may see some of the following icons in the report, detailing exactly where the changes have been made.
From here, it is up to your company's internal policies as to how you would like to evidence reviewing changes made to a customer's record. Often, our customers choose to add notes within the comments section of the match, detailing any conclusions drawn following an investigation.
