What does Status: Inactive mean on my clients record?
An active status means the client is screened overnight, every night, continuously. Active records with their Notify option set to "Yes" will also generate change notification emails to update you on any changes Dow Jones have made to the record

Inactive removes the continuous screening but allows you to keep the audit history and previous investigations of the record. To clarify, Inactive records will not be screened against Dow Jones, or against Live AVM. If a client in your platform has the inactive status set, it means that your company have removed them from being regularly screened - if you think this is a mistake, you should contact your admin user directly.
Inactive records will need their Notify option set to "No" in order for change notification emails to be switched off
