What languages are covered by RiskScreen?

All languages should be able to be searched in RiskScreen, they should be entered in the last name field to be searched. However, results will depend on whether Dow Jones has the alternate language name within their dataset for the individual.

If there is a specific incidence of the alternate language name not returning a hit, please raise a ticket with our support team HERE so we can run an investigation.

In terms of AVM, the name will also pull through results. However, they may be English language results due to the way Google/Bing prioritise results.

It is also important to note that, when copying and pasting in an alternate language name that you may need to paste into Word, Outlook etc., first and remove any existing formatting as the original source may have formatting which prevents the system reading it as a language.
