What timeframe does the snapshot difference report cover?

The snapshot difference report will show all changes made to the record from the data of it first being flagged, to the current date; thus inclusive of any changes in between that time that may have already been actioned,

It would be up to your own internal policies as to how you would like to manage documenting any changes such as these to show that have been actioned.
