Why can't I download my report in RiskScreen?

Occasionally, the report download may experience issues due to older images within the Dow Jones data set being unable to be read by modern PDF readers. In this case, we would recommend in the first instance switching off "Include profile images in report" under Configure your report on the report page.

If this does not help. please raise a support ticket HERE and include the link of the page the report is downloaded from for this to be investigated further.
