Why can’t I see all the same match potentials as my colleague?

Only match potentials that are unassigned and assigned to you will appear in your match potential screen.

Match potentials assigned to other users will not appear on your match potentials screen unless you are a supervisor in which case you will see all match potentials in the user group you are assigned to.

RiskScreen automatically assigns match potentials to a user if they open the record from the match potential screen.
