Why have I received an email saying my credits are about to exhaust?

An email is sent to you to inform you that your credits are about to exhaust when you hit 30% of your original credit top up amount.

Therefore if your most recent credit top up amount was 1000, you would receive a credit exhaustion warning email when you hit 300 search credits remaining
