Why is my prospect not receiving their verification code email?

Your prospect needs to click on the Send Verification code button to receive the code.

If they report that they are not receiving their verification code, the following steps should be taken:

  • Please check your junk and spam folders.

  • Please ensure that noreply@riskscreen.com and noreply@kyc360.com is on your allowed list in your email settings.

  • Please ensure that you only click once on the 'Send Verification code', as if you click a few times and try to use the first one it will be invalid, always use the latest one.
